ArtAmber operates a group of five-plus owned factories in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, covering EVA foam pressing, plastic injection moulding, acrylic craft, textile cut-and-sew and offset printing. The group was consolidated from 2019 onward, having started as a single operation in 2010. It also runs a material warehouse, a finished-goods warehouse, automated working lines and a showroom holding more than 1,000 samples. Because the five processes sit inside one commercial group, buyers can consolidate foam, plastic, textile and printed products into a single purchase order and a single container.
Why this matters when you are sourcing
An educational toy programme almost never sits in one material. A phonics kit is EVA foam plus printed cards plus a PP box. A busy board is felt, ABS fittings and printed inserts. Sourced conventionally, that means three suppliers, three MOQs, three QC visits and three shipments to consolidate.
ArtAmber's group covers all of it. One purchase order, one inspection, one container, one set of documents — and one party accountable when something needs to be fixed.
