Hangzhou ArtAmber Culture Creative Co., Ltd. is a Chinese manufacturer of educational teaching aids and children's toys, established in 2010 and based in Yuhang District, Hangzhou. It supplies over 3,000 customers in 50 countries through a group of five-plus owned factories covering EVA foam, plastic injection moulding, acrylic craft, textile and printing. Its catalogue spans 38 product lines across phonics and literacy, maths manipulatives, classroom whiteboards, baby and toddler toys, quiet books, arts and crafts, building sets and outdoor play. ArtAmber provides CPC and CEC certificates to customers, holds a continuously renewed amfori BSCI ethical audit, and offers OEM and ODM development including custom card content and multi-language audio.

Children's products fail at customs and on marketplace listings for documentation reasons far more often than for quality ones. ArtAmber has issued children's product certificates to US importers since 2010 and keeps its ethical audit current.
