How does this series differ from the Hide & Seek books?
Funny Zoo is the tag-edged format — contrast ribbon tags around the page edges for grasping practice, with rattle, mirror and crinkle elements built into the spreads. Hide & Seek is the flap-and-texture format. Buyers usually stock both because they suit different ages: tags and mirrors land earlier than hide-and-seek flaps.
Can we develop our own characters and page count?
Yes. Series format, page count and character illustration are all developed to brief in our own textile factory, so a buyer with an existing character property can run it through this construction without changing the physical build.
What safety testing applies to the textile components?
Textile parts are tested to EN71-2 for flammability and EN71-3 for element migration, with EN71-1 covering seam strength, attachment of small components and, where a squeaker or rattle is fitted, its retention under pull force. For US-bound orders we cite ASTM F963-17 and 16 CFR 1610 for the flammability of clothing textiles where it applies. Fabrics are washable and the composition is verified at incoming material.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I get a sample first?
Cut-and-sew lines carry a moderate minimum because each unit takes machine time rather than press time, but the pattern for this product already exists so there is no development cost. Samples ship within about a week. New character artwork or a new page count is a pattern and print change, not new tooling.
