Yes. EVA colours, printed patterns and the die-cut shapes are all developable to your own range — this is one of our more frequently customised lines, because a road set is an obvious place for a brand's own characters or a market's own vehicle styles.

EVA parts are tested to EN71-3 for migration of certain elements and EN71-1 for mechanical and physical properties, plus EN71-2 flammability where the piece is large enough to matter. For US-bound orders we cite ASTM F963-17 together with CPSIA Section 101 total lead and Section 108 phthalates. Where the set contains magnets, magnet flux index is measured rather than assumed, and small-part pull force is checked in line during production.

This line involves injection tooling, so the minimum is higher than for our print-based products. Samples of the standard version ship within about a week. If you want a new shell shape or a new mould geometry, we quote the tooling separately, produce a physical prototype for your approval, and only then commit the production mould — the prototype stage is the cheapest point at which to change anything.
