What is the launch range and how many discs?
Up to 45 feet, with 1 to 4 discs loaded at once and launched by a single stomp. The set includes the elephant launcher, 12 rainbow discs, 2 catching nets and 2 bow caps — the nets are what turn it from a launcher into a chase game between two children.
What safety precautions are needed?
Protective face shields must be worn during play, and this is stated on the packaging rather than buried in an insert. Projectile toys are tested for kinetic energy and tip geometry under EN71-1; if you are selling into a market with additional projectile rules, tell us at quotation so the disc specification is set to match.
What safety testing applies to the moulded plastic parts?
Injection-moulded parts are BPA-free and tested to EN71-1 for mechanical and physical properties — impact, drop, small parts and, on projectile toys, kinetic energy and tip geometry — plus EN71-3 for element migration. For US-bound orders we cite ASTM F963-17 and CPSIA Sections 101 and 108. Where a battery compartment is fitted, it is screw-secured and tested for child accessibility.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I get a sample first?
This line involves injection tooling, so the minimum is higher than for our print-based products. Samples of the standard version ship within about a week. If you want a new shell shape or a new mould geometry, we quote the tooling separately, produce a physical prototype for your approval, and only then commit the production mould — the prototype stage is the cheapest point at which to change anything.
