What safety testing applies to the moulded plastic parts?
Injection-moulded parts are BPA-free and tested to EN71-1 for mechanical and physical properties — impact, drop, small parts and, on projectile toys, kinetic energy and tip geometry — plus EN71-3 for element migration. For US-bound orders we cite ASTM F963-17 and CPSIA Sections 101 and 108. Where a battery compartment is fitted, it is screw-secured and tested for child accessibility.
What is the minimum order quantity, and can I get a sample first?
This line involves injection tooling, so the minimum is higher than for our print-based products. Samples of the standard version ship within about a week. If you want a new shell shape or a new mould geometry, we quote the tooling separately, produce a physical prototype for your approval, and only then commit the production mould — the prototype stage is the cheapest point at which to change anything.
