This version ships in a reusable zip pouch instead of a compartment box, which cuts the unit cost and the shipping volume — it is the version buyers choose for classroom multi-packs, school fundraising and promotional inserts, where the box would cost more than the letters.

Yes. Colour mix, upper/lowercase split and total piece count are all set per order, and the pouch takes a printed insert or a direct print. Because the cutting die already exists for the standard alphabet, changing colour or quantity does not add tooling cost.

EVA parts are tested to EN71-3 for migration of certain elements and EN71-1 for mechanical and physical properties, plus EN71-2 flammability where the piece is large enough to matter. For US-bound orders we cite ASTM F963-17 together with CPSIA Section 101 total lead and Section 108 phthalates. Where the set contains magnets, magnet flux index is measured rather than assumed, and small-part pull force is checked in line during production.

The cutting die and artwork for this EVA line already exist, so the minimum is low and lead time is short. Samples ship within about a week and the cost is normally credited against the first production order. Changing colours, piece count or the printed artwork is a die-free change — only a genuinely new shape needs a new die, which we quote separately.
